I would have not bid if had been called out.I'm very sorry you had that experience-I wish you had contacted me so I could have made it right. I would have gladly issued a refund if you’d requested one. I sometimes miss flaws, and from your review I can't identify which jacket you mean, but I would have been happy to help if you had reached out or even submitted a refund request.
