I reached out to the seller who refused to assist. I had to go through what not for assistance. Poor customer service and I am no fan of false advertising and a seller not taking ownership. Mistakes happen but this was intentional deception. Pretty shady! All of my show notes state I sell pre owned clothing, unless stated otherwise. You sent me a rude message about wash wear and before I could offer a solution, you immediately blocked me, therefore my hands are tied. I am very proud of my 5 star reviews, and would never intentionally try to fraud someone.
