Reviews (5,223)received the package but it was all chocolate and melted 😔 No ice packs was sent in a bag instead of a box super confused 🤔 everything melted not how they said they would ship and for one of my bags of candy they gave me bark which is not what they said you get honestly my fault from ordering mystery bags they show you candy then send you something completely different won’t order again that is not what I bid on. the box that I bid on had a lot of small pieces Candy very packahed , no melting and shipping timely. Thought I purchased “random bags of candy” but got Hershey & Reese’s bark, a little disappointing. Arrived in a bag no ice packs. Completely melted and destroyed. thought it was more for candy but good. Upon receiving my purchased order of six bags of candy they were almost all the same type instead of being different ones and they were all melted beyond chilling for most of the candy. I tried placing them in the fridge to chill back so they could be eat unfortunately it was too late and when I reached out to house of snacks about the money I had lost they blamed it on the mail carrier unfortunately the mail carrier doesn’t cram seven bags of candy in one white plastic envelope and they do have things like boxes so you can put ice packs or the foil in them to keep them from melting so badly and the whole time I was on their show all I heard was you can’t get candy cheaper in the store never anything about them not using ice packs or something to keep them from melting. So I haven’t been back on their show since then and I won’t be not after losing almost 30.00 that’s too much money 6oz bag of Hershey bark for over 8 dollars overall is terrible. You’ve lost my business! will never buy from them again, all the chocolate was melted, they don't use ice packs. STAY CLEAR. had to give them one star to submit this. overall rip offs not at all what i thought i wasnt expecting this kind of package. you people need to start showing what we will be getting not a whole bunch of candy making it look like we will be getting a variety bag live and learn. one melted ball in a too small of packaging Most of the candy was open and it was melted and looked like it got hard again look like it was stepped on it was not good all the way around. It took awhile to get here. I was very unhappy with that package. Candy was old and not in a box as shown. Very disappointed in the purchase, would not buy from them again. my chocolates didnt melt lol so im happy it was one big piece of candy when I got it out of the mailbox...
