I also had said to contact whatnot about any concerns with packaging as they can refund you for unsatisfacton. I’m so sorry I forgot to do this yesterday! They were all broken even though I got refund I was so disappointed I feel like packaging could have been better I’m so sorry everything arrived broke! I wrap everything in 5 layers so I apologize that it didn’t do its job. A lot of posties have been mishandling packages causing issues and it’s very sad to see that reflects poorly on me or my packaging. I hope you return again, and that you receive your items better next time 🙏 Everything arrived nice except my two pictures. The glass was broke in both. Neither was wrapped. The rest was nice but I really wanted the pictures too Steph! I’m so sorry that your photos arrived broken! They weren’t themselves wrapped because I had used the packing paper to cushion them instead of wrapping and cushioning. The cushioning may have come loose, but I did try to spend a lot of time and care on your package so you’d receive it without issues. I hope this won’t reflect poorly and you will give another shot!
