The box arrived with two very large holes in it, and barely any packing. this is supposed to be a laptop and it was loosely in a box sent out. The laptop was banged up on the corners which it was very clear due to the banged up box. it was likely working when they sent it out and not when I got it. it was clear to me that they did not show extra care in packing. The battery just falls out now and doesn't stay in. I removed the back panel and I saw that there was no memory installed so someone removed it or that wasn't disclosed when purchasing. I know it did not have a charger. I can see that on the description but I had other chargers for HP so I'm expecting that to work but not in its condition that it's in right now. Yes, it shipped fast but I would have rather had it working and shipped slow. not very happy and am going to request my money back or they try to make this right. kinda disappointed. bought one that was listed as touchscreen, asked for another, which was apparently not. was trying to get a matching pair which was what I asked for. batteries were dead, but units in nice shape. just loose in box with some paper rattling around. the machines were listed as windows 11 loaded, but the dell pros have windows 10 pro. 🤷🏻♂️ I love it and fast shipping thanks so much.
