Absolutely terrible experience. I received the wrong item, even though I provided clear photo evidence proving it was not what I purchased. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue quickly, the seller completely ignored my messages and offered no help whatsoever.
What made this even worse was the amount of time and frustration I had to waste trying to get my money back. I had to open a dispute, repeatedly provide evidence, and deal with an unnecessarily long and stressful refund process because the seller refused to make things right.
Buying from this seller is a gamble. If they send you the wrong item, don’t expect customer service or accountability—you’ll likely spend days fighting for a refund instead of enjoying what you paid for.
Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and frustration. I will never buy from this seller again and cannot recommend them to anyone. $68 but shipping and taxes brought it to 80.
