I have had a pack of cards shipped from other sellers with bubble mailer without a $7 upcharge from across the country in new york to california. If my cards were damaged we claim the buyer protection not my responsibility to protect the card that’s on the seller.Never have I ever tried to “upcharge” anyone in my stream. In order to get a bubble mailer in ANY stream you have to spend more than $20 or get more than 5 cards, otherwise you get a normal mail letter.
