Item I bought was not disclosed that it had a hole and this was her response “Good morning, I apologize I don’t recall seeing a hole of any kind on this item. This item was double packaged to avoid damage during shipping”. Terrible, don’t want to fix the problem and blames it on shipping. The package was properly wrapped. It wasn’t a shipping issue. It was the seller not disclosing that it had damages. Will never purchase from this seller again. Great items, quick shipping and beautiful packaging! Everything was in amazing condition (looked brand new!) and definitely worth every penny, I got some amazing deals! The only thing is, I would've liked if items were described with a little more detail as far as the actual size. I know a lot of things are oversized, but one item was way way oversized, like 3 to 4 sizes up from normal oversized. Its hard to tell how big or small something is on a live so I would've liked to know that it was really really oversized. I am not complaining though just giving some friendly feedback.
