I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment. All of my son’s cards are in sleeves. We do use the soft sleeves for dollar cards, and the hard sleeves for more expensive cards, just like most of the other whatnot card sellers. I do however go out of my way to make sure the cards are completely secure for shipping, and cannot be bent. I do not feel we deserved such low stars, especially since you liked the cards, but I understand that some people are hard to please. Hopefully you will give others more grace than you have given us.
