The packaging was perfect and during shipment, it turned really hot here but all made it safely and looking great. The snails are beautiful and so healthy. Prettiest shells I’ve seen yet. I cannot recommend this seller more. They 100% care about their plants and animals. A++ Always fast shipping and plants are looking good. Everything came great! A few dead/ yellow leaves but nothing more than to be expected! Amazing job USPS was not so nice to my plants/box but the seller was quick to respond and help make everything right!
