There was some damage to the card that wasn't noticed during the live auction, but they went above and beyond to make it right. They refunded me in full and still sent me the card free of charge, which I really wasn't expecting. That's incredible customer service and shows they genuinely care about their buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended! 5* service again !
