Reviews (39)came quick and ordered off her shop! Order was purchased on 7/18/25 and delivered on 8/11/25. On 7/28/25, Seller stated there was an error made on the shipping labels and all items were returned. She advised that her friend is dropping all items off at the post office today (7/28/25). However, on 8/2/25, Seller contacted me and stated she’s having issues with USPS and replacement package will be sent out today (8/2/25) or Monday (8/4/25) at the latest. Seller advised will include a Tatcha The Kissu Lip Mask due to the delay in my package. I finally received my package on 8/11/25, however, no “Tatcha The Kissu Lip Mask” was included for my inconvenience as the Seller stated. I love this product & I’m happy the seller was able to get me my order. Even though my first order got lost somehow the seller sent me a replacement. Besides the replacement she also put in an extra little surprise for me. That was unexpected but it was a pleasant surprise. The communication with the seller was very attentive. Even though it took longer than expected it… the seller made the wait worth it. I highly suggest this seller as she really cares about her small business & customers. Thank you so much Ms. Kenna!! We had a couple of snags with the shipping… But, Kenna made it more than right in the end!!!!
