Dishes were pictured with lids and when received, there were no lids. Spent almost $500 and was met with a really mean person. Offered me a $10 refund which doesn't even cover the cost of one lid, never mind two. My request was completely rational, I even offered to buy the lids from her for $10 more because I didn't want the refund, I wanted the lids! I accepted the refund because I was given ultimatum from Whatnot that if I didn't accept I had to send dish back for refund which I didn't want. Never mind packaging was terrible. Surprised dishes made it surrounded by newspaper and loosely wrapped in bubble wrap. Joanne says, "well that's on you". Absolutely insane! Future buyers, please beware!
