It was going to be a gift for my daughter because it was her birthstone. It took the seller 3 weeks to ship the order after purchase. And I purchased a satin custard colored fairy lamp and it was wrapped in newspaper. The ink transfered and it was very difficult to get clean. Pretty aggravating since I spent so much money. Slow shipping. Poor communication. I was disappointed because I had purchased from this seller before and previously had a better experience. Regarding the missing ring, please reach out to Whatnot Support so they can assist with a refund, as I am unable to process financial claims personally. I also sincerely apologize for the shipping delay and the packaging mishap. I have since updated my packing procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again. I’m committed to doing better and hope to regain your trust. The pieces were beautiful and as expected however it took 13 days from purchase to receive them.
