Great stream as usual. Packed well and shipped fast! Thank you! Fun stream, but whenever I received my package it was missing 3 of the 5 items ordered. I messaged and he answered back fairly quickly and said he found 2 of the 3 items that was not shipped out and would send out an extra card to make up for the one lost. That was on the 5/3 saying it was shipped out… never received anything else.. also the stuff that I did receive in there was zero packing material in the box.. was just a poster collection and 1 card in a toploader shipped in the box. Really wish it was a different outcome and waited to write this review to give extra time for the other package to arrive I thought was shipped out. Never received tracking for 2nd shipment.. Luckily I wrote whatnot support and they are issuing me a refund for the missing items because we were out of the timeframe of reporting issues… I hope this helps others from having the same issues that I have had with my purchase…. Cheap and worth it!!!!!

Buyer beware. We have no idea why you would leave this review when it shows you received your order May 10th at 8:51 am and theres a picture to show proof of delivery. In the picture it has the label on it with your name and username and address. The tracking for USPS doesn’t lie. We appreciate your business and hopefully you leave better more honest reviews on peoples pages. 2pack blister pack is missing. Helioptile IR is missing. Shipping took a few days short of a month. Same story here, contents were supposed to arrive in another shipment that is already 3 weeks delayed. Outside of my refund window for items I purchased that I haven’t gotten. These items were bought on 4/16. That’s over 3 weeks now It’s diabolical you left a review like this but received all of your items. We cant control how long USPS holds items or waits to ship them. It’s unfortunate you couldn’t be more patient before letting your emotions take over your keyboard. We had to ship you 8+ packages and you received every single one. We don’t know why you would leave a review like this but we appreciate your business and criticism and will use it to be better going forward. Never received my items. Contents of this order were supposedly put in a separate shipment from a different stream and that was supposed to be ok. That other shipment is now delayed for over 2 weeks and I’m outside of a window to collect a refund for items not delivered.

Received the wrong Charizard card (Mega Charizard 109/094) instead of the UPC Promo card. Not really that big of deal so I'll just live with it. Shipping and packaging were fine. Just take a screenshot of this review response and dm us it and we will get you taken care of! Cards came out of the top loaders. No bubble wrap to hold cards together. Somehow cards came in okay. We apologize for any inconvenience if any. We are glad the cards showed up in good condition. All of our cards are shipped in bubble wrapped envelopes, each card is sleeved and has a top loader, and all of our envelopes are also sealed. There may have been mishandling by the post office but we assure you we take care of our customers when packaged we packaged it to the best of our ability.
