My fiance and I bought a Black Magic Begonia and a Silver Splash Hoya from Jasmine's live. Our order was placed May 26, picked up on June 2, and arrived on June 6. The packaging was very well done, and both of the plants arrived securely. However, we immediately noticed an issue with the Black Magic Begonia. It appeared to have some type of fungus on its leaves. I reached out to Jasmine right away, and she reassured me that it was harmless. She advised me to spray the plant with a mixture of water, alchool, and dawn dish soap to prevent from spreading. Unfortunately, despite following her reccomendations and treating the plant regularly, the issue continued to spread. As a result I had to remove most of the plants leaves, and I am still actively treating it because the fungus remain present. At this point, it is no longer the plant I originally paid for.
