I'm really sorry you're disappointed with your purchase. The items were sold as pre-loved, and this was mentioned in both the listing and during the live show. I also included a new item with tags as a goodwill gesture. I take pride in packaging and dispatching orders quickly, so I'm disappointed to hear you weren't happy with those aspects. Out of three bags I can only fit into 2 things so charity shop it is maybe should be saying sizes in the bag Hi, I’m sorry you were disappointed. I did clearly state multiple times during the live that all bundles contained a mix of sizes and brands, so unfortunately fit cannot be guaranteed as they were sold as mixed bundles rather than individual sized items.
