Reviews (722)I reached out to seller 10 days after purchase and asked if item shipped because tracking said usps not in possession. They responded yes, last week. I waited and messaged again because the label wasn’t attached to the box and usps still not in possession. The seller never responded. After 13 days from purchase I sent something to Whatnot asking for assistance. 3 days after that the package was finally received by USPS. I understand things happen and I tried to reach out and no response or an apology isn’t the way to do business. Communication is important and you should improve on that and be honest. If you forgot to ship it just say that. Slow to ship, but worth the wait. Items were well packed and in like new condition. So happy with all the new Pyrex pieces. Slow to ship, but items were perfectly packed and arrived safely. I finally got my order after 17 days. Seller never responded when I asked about why it was taking so long. However, I will say that the packing was expertly done and every item was in perfect condition. This seller has very high quality items and the slow shipping would not deter me from ordering again unless I was purchasing something for a gift. She knows how to pack!!
