As stated during our live, all of our items are preloved. They are not sourced from charity shops, despite some items occasionally still having charity tags attached. We would have appreciated you contacting us before leaving a review, as we would have been happy to discuss the issues and try to resolve them. We’re also sorry to hear about the cardigan with the hole, as that’s not the standard we aim for. Wasn't quiet what I wanted as asked for 18 and got a mix of 16 & 18 but they were mystery bundles so got a good deal.
