The first time it happened, I chose not to leave a negative review because I understand mistakes can happen. However, receiving the wrong item again is very disappointing and shows a lack of attention to order accuracy.
I expect sellers to verify orders before shipping, especially when customers are paying for specific items. While I appreciate the effort that goes into selling and packing orders, this repeated issue has made me hesitant to purchase from this seller again. I hope they take steps to improve their order fulfillment process moving forward. Both bags cult gaia bags are beautiful. I am glad I paid what I did because they are both even smaller than what I thought but I bought them for a deal so I am happy with them! Great show and items. Love the edikted top I got from you.
