I get authentic beauty items from Kate and I love them all! She is one of the nicest and fun sellers on WN! Honest review! 0 stars if it were an option! Giveaway was not honored as she stated. I joined a buyers giveaway and keep in mind there is more than 1 way to enter! As I win, I’ve been waiting patiently for my item . After it arriving late, it came tampered with, unboxed and she switched an item purposely for a cheaper alternative. Upon messaging her about his ordeal, she states, I’m sorry but you did not purchase anything that’s why she did what she did!!!!!?After letting her know that she needs to go back and read the rules, she says sorry but she purposely sent a cheaper item because she was spending “so much” on a person who didn’t purchase! If she were to read the regulations, she would’ve known to honor the giveaway and not tamper with it with things I’m highly allergic to! Unprofessional as a seller!!!!!! Shame on you!!! Yes, I 100% sent this person only 1 of the 2 Laneige items and I also sent a $25 moisturizer (brand new/still sealed). I don’t believe “givy goblins” (the term I was told they are called) should be allowed to legally steal from sellers and take away the opportunity for an actual buyer to win a BUYERS APPRECIATION GIVEAWAY because they filled out a form. I personally do these giveaways to thank the people who support my small business, not hurt it. I truly appreciate each and every buyer.
