Reviews (88)Disappointed with this experience. I was not informed that the bags being sold were dupes, which I believe should be clearly disclosed upfront. When I reached out with questions for clarification, I never received a response. Transparency and communication were lacking, and I would not purchase from seller again. never received my packages from her tracking number stated it was delivered. I have no product. Love it! Missing half my shipment and seller still responding… I do apologize that the package was tampered with by the postal service which was stated by the buyer. Original picture of the package was sent to the buyer to show proof to her Postal service as to how the package should have been delivered. Buyer asked for picture of damaged package. Seller did not see the need to send it. I do not think this rating is fair because it was out of my control how the package was delivered and tampered with. Buyer stated that whatnot was contacted and I look forward to hearing from them in this matter. Once I hear from them I can better help the situation. Very nice notebook and seller shipped with care.
