I bought it from her shop and this was never in the description. This is my first purchase from this seller. I did reach out to her and gave her 48hours to respond and after seeing her online for hours and no reply I got a little frustrated. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is NOT ok. I would’ve been more than happy to resolve this with the seller but she refused to communicate with me on this issue unfortunately. I’m out $50 because of this purchase. I replied to your concerns. This perfume was new and in the box, the plastic was removed to display product in shows. I asked you to send perfume back to get a replacement. But according to you, you didn’t feel like going through the hassle of sending it back and going to the post office. And you didn’t want to request a refund. So according to you, you gave the perfume to your sister, so obviously it was too damaged. You accused me of ignoring your messages, and as I explained, I work a full time job. I would never ignore my customers. You only paid $20 for the Yara perfume,plus tax & SH. Excellent items and shipping!
