Both plants came with almost all the soils not in the container due to being freshly potted and the roots and plant took a hit Being freshly potted should have nothing to do with it when they’re wrapped. Again, this is the second review you’ve left me and I’ve asked you to reach out, but you won’t so I can’t accommodate or fix anything that you will not show me or respond to me for. I did reply to your second message you never wrote me a third that was a lie and explained to you that shipping has nothing to do with me and how to get a refund on top of keeping your plants that are just in shock and will bounce back. Everything arrived perfect and I love the way that you are packaging everything I ended up with a bunch of extra planting containers because I like the way that you were coupling two of those around the plants to protect them. I was so excited for these beautiful plants but only one survived 😔 The little plants came in all smashed up and basically dead. The birkin and the zebra plant I can mend the rest are basically dead. I’m really sorry for how the Plants came but thank you for leaving me a bad review for USPS shipping, which is out of my hands. You can file a claim for shipping and they will refund you for any plant damaged.. this l was stated in my show notes. As I cannot control USPS. Have a good day.. super dry and wilted when it got here, watered it hoping for the best!! overall was a beautiful plant i see the potential! lolThank you so much for your support. most of the plants i received are beautiful once i finally got to them. the swiss cheese unfortunately had dirt spilled everywhere and im not sure she’ll make it. it had great roots but the leaves are yellowing and getting crispy. the pot was significantly damaged from being smashed. hopefully i can save her. the other pots were also smashed but not as bad so the soil stayed inside and the plants all look good still. I’m really sorry that some of your plants got smashed during shipping. You can absolutely file a claim for it being damaged during shipping and Whatnot will refund you for that plant as I can’t control USPS once I give it to them. You can cut off the leaf if it is too yellow and more will grow for sure. I would just leave it till it looks pretty bad then cut it off because it will still give the plant nutrients while the leaf is dying, but once the leaf is completely dead, then it would just be taking nutrients from the plant.
