Reviews (15)The product was great. Shipping was very slow and so was communication. Asked to see if she had Olaplex no1 to buy and after waiting for days for a response she said she had it. I thought she was shipping it with one I bought and even asked to tell me price so I could pay. After waiting so long did not receive. I don’t leave negative comments. But wasted my time and opportunity to buy it from another vendor. I am again very sorry this happened I hope that my message asking you which item I did send you that you received instead of the number 1 ordered I obviously Sent the wrong item. I was very apologetic and had asked to resend the other product to you which is still an option. I just asked for the one I sent once returned so I can replace with correct one. That option is still there or you’re welcome to have me send you something else as well . I understand your frustration and the not very good review.
