I didn’t receive any thingI’m sorry to hear there was an issue with delivery. This order was shipped promptly and packaged securely, and I have documentation of the contents prior to shipment. Being it was shipped Plain White Envelope there is very little tracking available once it is initially scanned.
I wasn’t contacted about this before the review was left, but I’m always happy to help resolve any concerns. Once a package is in USPS transit, it’s unfortunately outside my control, though I’m glad to assist with a missing mail request or provide any needed details. NSV delivered beautiful cards.
