I specifically asked for a women’s size XL and received a junior XL jacket… condition of the jacket was absolutely appalling! Rips, holes and broken zip. Unable to claim a refund. Very disappointed will NOT be buying again. 😡 Hello. Sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience. I did however contact Whatnot who said you needed to request a refund as I cannot do it on my end which I did tell you. Unfortunately there is nothing further I can do. I also stated the size of the jacket and showed the label on the live.
