This is what Noc’s art is. If you are lucky enough to witness the water swell beneath a beautiful, starry sky, you get to see her work at its peak. But if you show up late, when everyone else is already watching, you might just miss it. I hope to feel more sand between my toes as I watch that tide rise once more.
