Thank you!!! so I bought a box of items and among them were a torque wrench and a pair of Milwaukee pants. when I got the order, the torque wrench didn't work and the pants had stains all over them. at no point while selling them did they state these issues. a broken torque wrench is just a rachet if it doesn't work. so I messaged and requested to return and the employee that works there was extremely condescending and rude and told me that it was my fault and that I shouldn't buy items if I didn't want them. I wanted them, just not broken and stained. I ended up getting a refund but I am done buying from these people that have no problem selling broken crap then yelling you it's your fault. too many other sellers here to deal with this. there were a few other issues prior to this that I let go, but I've had enough of this place. Did not realize they were damaged the cutter has a gouge in it great show and great deals. 10 tools/ clamps. all arrived quickly and as shown during the chat. would buy again from here. shipping was fast all products were as described Quick shipping and perfect quality Great sellers.
