That said, there have been plenty of times I’ve spent a significant amount of money and walked away with nothing. It’s disappointing when there’s not even a small gesture, like a free pack or a low-end auto, to thank repeat customers for their support. I don’t expect freebies every time, but a little appreciation for loyal buyers would go a long way and would definitely keep people coming back. Why do we then charge shipping of $4.72 for 4 base garbage cards from some random product. That is bad business...as if you aren't making enough money. Its adding insult to injury. They went directly into the garbage which is what you should've done with them. The giveaway was bad. A sticker?!?!
