However, the Alocasia Frydek Aurea arrived completely collapsed - nothing like the healthy plant shown on the stream as what I paid for - not a rehab plant project. I reached out to the seller directly on 6/9/26 after receiving my package and before leaving my review. I was promised a replacement, but since then, I've been completely ghosted and multiple follow-up messages have been ignored over the last two weeks.
