Thank u so much my wife loved the beenie and the Squirtle pen Love my cards they are dope Took 12 days to get “delivered” got left a note saying I had to pay postage, wasn’t worried about it so I put it off for a couple days, I get there and the person tells me “I hope nothing is wrong with it, this is how we got it” lol they had it in a plastic baggy, was ripped in half to the point you can take the card out.I’m truly sorry you experienced a shipping issue. This is first time ever for me with over 5k sales across all platforms. I wish you would have reached out to resolve this matter. Again I’m truly sorry the USPS made this mistake. Great seller!
