She has now stopped responding to me and it’s a month later and I still have not received my order or a refund. My order was missing an item. I reached out to seller for a correction and the responses were very vague and short. I had to finally ask how it was going to be corrected and was told that the missing item would be resent. 1 month after my original order date and I still have not received item with no update after last response absolutely love! thank you! 😊 Seller was quick to help and fix a situation I needed help with. Also beautiful fabric. ❤️ I love all the prints thank you Ty Joy and mom

My only complaint is that the alligator clips were put on the bows upside down. And when I tried to fix them the way they are tied doesn’t work correctly. Also the alligator clips are the super tiny ones and for a 6” bow and my baby has tons of hair. Excellent quality! Had everything I was looking for, very friendly seller.
