Hi! All of our needohs are 100% authentic, we are very familiar with real vs fake packaging and product! It looks like you ordered the Needoh sugar skull cat and it was delivered may 21st. I can only assume it’s been played with often enough for that to occur and/or it was potentially scrubbed too hard when washed, as I can assure you it was 100% authentic purchased directly from a retailer.
