Reviews (12)packing needs some work as the croutons and sourdough starter opened up in the box during shipping. The croutons come in a threaded & tamper-proof container... the ONLY way they could have been opened is of they were opened by another human being. If this were true, I would be greatly concerned that this person's FOOD was contaminated & offer instant replacement if they contacted me directly about this. No contact was made and frankly receiving 4* on a problem so big is... unbelievable to say the least. To have problems addressed they need to be voiced, and this review doesnt appear authentic at all to me. already got it growing... great item Fast shipping! Can’t wait to try this out.
