I ordered a large ceramic piece and it was wrapped in a very thin layer of material and placed loosely in the box without any material to pack the box tightly in order to prevent it from being shaken around. It arrived shattered in hundreds of tiny pieces. I received a quick refund but it’s probably the worst packaged item I’ve ever received. I received the john Deere tin. The box was smashed on the topside of the tin. The tin was banged up as well. I re-watched the video and you didn't call out the little dent it already had on top. I would not have purchased it. I was purchasing it for my grandson as a gift. It was worse after USPS got a hold of it.Hi! That was my honest mistake. I did not see the dent in the top. I refunded you as soon as I seen that there was a problem. I am so sorry this happened! I hope you’ll give us another try in the future. Reasonable prices! Great seller!!
