The dark chocolate is very smooth on the tip of the tongue but as you bite in the chocolate attacks the top of your mouth quite nice. The bag is sealed tightly, not a flimsy bag. The bag itself is a piece of art! The popcorn is fresh and crisp, the taste is amazing and addictive! I tried the jalapeño cheddar. I enjoyed the subtle flavor of the jalapeño, and the fact that avocado oil was used. This popcorn now ranks one of my all time favorites! I almost ate the whole bag… in one sitting today. The only thing I would suggest is that… the popcorn bag is so well made, that you can ship in a plastic mailer. No need to send in a Priority Mail flat rate box. Just a suggestion.
