This is the 2nd time items have been missing. I'm still waiting for a refund from them for a pair of trainers and girls shoes. 1st they sent a replacement trainers one was a 4 and other 6,they asked for bank details to send the refund but still haven't received 6 weeks on. This last order there was trainers missing again. no point in contacting them ! don't get anywhere.
