Stuff was just thrown in the box I ordered a King/Cal King duvet cover set but received a Full/Queen instead. To make matters worse, it also arrived without the dust bag. Receiving the wrong item is frustrating, and it shows a lack of attention to detail when fulfilling orders. Very disappointing experience. Very disappointing experience. The duvet cover set arrived covered in stains and dog hair, and my bamboo sheet order was incomplete because the matching shams were missing. I reached out to the seller to try to resolve the issues, but instead of receiving assistance, I was blocked. I now have to deal with multiple returns because the items were not properly inspected or the order wasn’t accurately fulfilled. I would not purchase from this seller again.You are not blocked… I accepted your return requested within an hour of it being sent. Please stop leaving multiple negative reviews. I didn’t receive the item I purchased. I was missing the flat sheet and it was advertised as a full sheet set. I’m sorry you received a fitted sheet set instead of a full sheet set.
