This was a character break wheel spot, and the show rules clearly explained that buyers are bidding for a randomized character. If that character is pulled during the break, the buyer receives those cards. If the character is not pulled, the buyer receives random bulk.
Your spot landed on Meowth, and Meowth was not pulled during the break, so the order was fulfilled according to the posted rules. We also clarified this in your support request.

In this game, you were participating in a break-style format, and as listed in the rules, if your Pokémon/spot does not hit, the shipment contains bulk cards instead of sealed packs.

I was charged $8 for postage when i picked up at the post office due to packaging. Also it was suppose to be a free pack.Hey! We’re sorry about the issue with the postage charges. We always ship using the Whatnot-generated labels, so buyers normally should not have to pay additional postage upon pickup.
