I was willing to take back the items being they were clearly not satisfied with their purchase. I had no intention being dishonest over $4 Funkos, & I wasn’t. Offering discounted prices, free items, discounted bundles, & protectors was a reflection of this. I attempted to resolve their dissatisfaction with a full refund & happily taking the items back. In return, I receive a bad review. My positive reviews, shows, & items speak for themselves. Thank you for turning me back in the direction of comics. I’m sorry about your mildly dinged cardboard corner. If you plan on stocking up on Funko pops, this is not the seller to go to. I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I got 19 Funko pops from him and they were all literally laid in a box with three pieces of bubble wrap on the top and some Costco grocery bags on top of that, and on the sides. I have messaged the seller and showed him the damage which he clearly denies, I even told him to watch the video receipts because they were not damaged like that when I bought them, but he has a huge wall that he refuses to pull the items out from so he put a sticky note on the front of them so you can’t see if there is damage or not. I had a few items arrive that were completely detached from the plastic window. He’s basically telling me I need to return the items so he can have them back when there are only a few that are damaged. I made it very clear that I am OCD about my Funko pops to please bubble wrap them very well, so they would not be damaged in transit, but seller keeps arguing with me.I offered this buyer a full refund for her purchase, being that she was clearly unsatisfied. The Funkos were not damaged in transit, & instead this buyer assumed there were no dings or creases in the products I was selling. I made it clear on my stream numerous times that some boxes will have dings & have “love” to their box. My prices, bundles, & protectors, & free items were a reflection of this. After offering full refund & to take back every last item, she said “I’ll just keep them”. I did everything possible to resolve. Instead I was berated & insulted. great seller, quick shipment gotta love the awesome cause. Buy something and help the rescue keep doing what they do. Loved the comics, had a good time, thank you! everything arrived in perfect condition.
