I give out free cards to people all the time and would of gladly sent you a replacement card. I can't control what happens to the package after it is sent off. So to give me a one star review on something that isn't my fault is a little harsh. great wrapping and protection on cards. Even loved the extras that were included. Thank YouNo problem!
