I love it! They were some of the nicest people I’ve bought off of. My only issue is the fact that 3 items came stained. One of the items I bought, knowing there was a stain. The other two were complete surprises. I am so sad I didn’t get the quality I wanted. Another issue I had was the shipping. I don’t think it was their fault, I’m sure it was a delivery issue, but my box came in with holes in the side and the tape was ripped up.I’m so sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your products. My team and I always try to do our best and notice things like stains and disclose them. I remember us discussing some of your products having stains, I said you could cancel, you declined and said you’d try to spot treat it. I do disclose when items are Preloved and say bid responsibly.
