Thank you so much for your review 2 of the 4 had stains on the shirts that I couldn't get off. All items purchased were sold at very reasonable prices, and it is always announced during my shows that items are pre-owned. I do my best to inspect everything, but I am human and may occasionally miss a flaw.
If there was an issue with an item, I would have appreciated the opportunity to make it right. You could have reached out to me, and I would have gladly worked with you on a resolution. As a seller, one negative review can have a big impact, and I always strive to provide the best service possible. There were issues but seller took care of it. It may have been an issue with usps. The shipping issue was caused by USPS, which was completely out of my control. When you reported that the package was damaged and items were missing, I refunded you in full.
