Toy was previously used, wasn’t stated on the live. Thought I was getting new. Items were sent in a bag, both boxes were badly damaged. Very poor packaging in my two orders. My package looked like it was packed by a 4 year old. I bought a mix of things that were previously damaged but mostly new thing. Everything arrived damaged. No packing, 17 items shoved into a box just smashed. Very disappointing. My last order was missing my Givy gift cards. Simply disappointing. Will not be doing business again.
