I had an issue with my order where a controller I purchased was missing and a Def Jam game arrived without the case it was shown with on stream and with a crack in it. At first, the seller insisted everything was shipped correctly and questioned my claims, which came across as dismissive and unhelpful even tho i sent pictures. After I sent more photos, they acknowledged the mistake and offered to do a whatnot refund or a credit.
While I appreciate the eventual attempt to resolve the situation, the initial response felt scam like and defensive, and the way it was handled told me this person cant be trusted. Overall, if you check their reviews youll find a few that are similar to this, this is the type of seller who takes advantage of whatnot by keeping some items that sell to low and sending junk out describing it as "mint no scratches" this seller also likes to respond to bad reviews with what im sure will be lies 😒😒😒 below This comment isnt clear. I advised I would refund the items or give a credit to you. You didnt like that answer so you decided to come on here and give a bad review, for what? what else was i supposed to do? I offered a full refund or credit for a future purchase. Also yes you can look at my reviews i have a 4.9 for a reason, there are way more happy customers than negative, there is always going to be people who you cant make happy. I do my best to fix any issue. The overwhelming good reviews speak for themselves, not the very few who just dont want to be helped. Seller shipped my laserdisc in polybags with zero protection. This person has no business selling laserdiscs if he cannot ship them properly. Use record mailers. They come in various sizes. Also, protect laserdisc with bubble wrap, incuding the corners.
