This is the second time (in two unsolicited statements) that an extra was indicated but not delivered. On this occasion I ( completely my fault) bought the wrong book. I asked if it could be cancelled and it was declined (politely and again, MY FAULT). When I said all was fine that said they would 'take care of you Aces' without an explanation. I admit I believed this meant something , slight discount, pack in, something but nothing. If that was it, no biggie. But when I couple this with an explicit offering I became bothered. Previously, I bought something on my son's birthday and mentioned it was his birthday on the show. The host (UNSOLICITED) said he would send something with the order for my son because it was his birthday and I told my son. Nothing came and that was a disappointing conversation with my son. I don't expect freebies but if you say you're going to do something, do it. Great books. Packed awesome. Great seller Packaging of comics were done securely and very good for the shipping. Shipping was fast with minor USPS location updating slow and behind but not sellers fault. Excellent communication with customer and comics were in excellent condition and just as seller described.
