I really love this bag....the quality was really great and I love the size of the bag! So when I bought this, I said thank you and I’d be back for sure and she made an insulting comment which was really rude and uncalled for since I just gave her several hundred dollars. I was rattled and surprised, but I let it go. Then the bag showed up and it stinks of cigarette smoke which I haven’t been able to get out since it’s suede. It was completely faded which she didn’t call out and said it was in “great condition”. I ordered suede dye and leather polish, spent an hour and a half cleaning and trying to restore the color, but seems like a moot point because it still smells and I’m on my 3rd pass with dye. I probably would have chalked the condition up to learning experience since I’m new, but her insult did it in because she doesn’t even care about her customers clearly and acted like she was doing some great favor. Love my handbag and thank you for the Twilly. I already YouTubed how to tie it onto the handle and it looks very pretty! They are absolutely gorgeous thank you so much for always delivering high quality merchandise… I simply love you❤️🩷❤️ Great deal but more of a project bag than I expected! Super cute!
