Unfortunately this seller is very unforgiving of an accidental tip that was made while my phone was in my pocket. A very large one. That put me in the hole. Not only was she not forgiving but wasn’t even willing to talk it over or go over any options as far as reimbursement. She completely shut it down and wouldn’t even consider supplementing it with some items. I asked many other sellers what they would have done in that situation and I got many creative and thoughtful responses that would have been great. But this seller took the money and ran. It’s not her fault that it was accidental, of course, but it happened. It’s like if I dropped $100 on the ground and she found it but would not give it back. It wasn’t hers. I told her immediately and even begged. If it were me and someone said that, it would have been no problem giving it back even if it were $10. The fact that she wasn’t even willing was what was so heartbreaking. Whatnot continued to tell me I could only speak to the sellerI’m sorry you feel that way, I take all feedback seriously and strive to handle every transaction professionally and in accordance with platform procedures. This matter was directed to Whatnot support for review so it could be handled through the appropriate channel.
