Reviews (18)I waited a long time to write this review. I contacted sell immediately when my order came in. Most my order was melted and the main plant i ordered and spent the most on was the wrong plant. She told me I could return it for a full refund or keep it and get a half refund. I kept it so it would have to go through shipping stress again. Im glad I kept it because she still has not refunded anything. It's been well over a month. I gave her plenty of time to resolve this before leaving this review. I even tried asking her in a live and she ignored me. Jungle velvet was completely dead, reached out to seller no resolution! Still trying to revive the prayer plant! I won't be purchasing here anymore! too many plant sellers have sent healthy plants with no problem. shipment took a long time! I'm thrilled this is 1 of 2 packages I received from the seller. These were very inexpensive compared to other sellers on WhatNot. While the packaging is a little quirky - lots of tape, fiberfill (the stuff in teddy bears), plastic cups - they're still alive! and that's what happens when you spend $2 on a root cutting. That's so much less than some of these others are charging. I'm in CA, she's in WI, thankfully as soon as it got here I was able to do a water dunk. I WILL ORDER AGAIN! They made it! I'm so happy. These made it from WI (I believe) to me in San Diego, CA. All of them are alive. I immediately unpacked them, placed them in water, which they needed it, but yup! still very much alive! Thank you! pot was pretty unfortunately my plant arrived dead. when I reached out to the company I was told unfortunately they can not control the heat. that is very disappointing maybe sell heat hardy plants at this time. Great communication throughout the process and always kind/responsive. I really enjoyed joining the live sales they are fun and engaging!
